Job Description

The Quality Manager’s position insures that effective local quality and environmental management systems are in place and is meeting or exceeding customer expectations on a global basis.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
 
  • Improve the Testing Failure Rate in Assembly line, by incoming inspection control; in-process improvement; process flow procedure improvement; Testing failure analysis; continuous improvement tools.
  • Improve the Customer Claim Rate (Guarantee cost), by customer complaint analysis; product defect analysis; quality control system improvement.
  • Improve customer response period (Closing the NCRs - 8 D), by customer service procedure improvement; customer result oriented service.
  • Improve material scrap rate, by incoming inspection control; supplier quality control; in - process procedure control.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • BS or above in HVAC, Mechanical, automatic control, Electrical or equivalent background.
  • Leadership to manage and grow the team
  • CET-6, English speaking could be working language.
  • Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma Black-belt is a plus.
  • Quality system like TS / ISO certificate is preferred.
  • Foreign company experience in mechatronic product over 8 years.
  • Manufacturing Experience in compressor, or other relevant products.
  • Experience in electronical parts is helpful.
  • Understanding the program testing of HVAC system is a plus.
