Senior System Engineer-液压系统方案开发

Job Responsibilities

1.      Understanding functional needs from internal and external customers
2.      Analyzing solution concepts from a functional, safety and cost perspective (during any phase of the Solution Lifecycle)
3.      Developing system architecture ideas to meet needs and solve customer pain points
4.      Creating (customer) specifications by translating a functional request/ need into a system specification
5.      Acting as technical interface to internal and external customers
6.      Define and develop the most suited/appropriate control strategy and system architecture
7.      Creating and analyzing system documentation (e.g. hydraulic, electrical schematics and software specifications, training material)
8.      Understands the system and works with appropriate stakeholder (e.g. test engineer) to define the best test plan to validate specification requirements
9.      Deliver pilot customer project and transfer knowledge to internal & external customers.
10.    PMI (Product Maintenance Improvement) project leading and technical support.

Background & Skills

1.      At least 5 years related working experience
2.      Background with hydraulic & electronic components, fundamental knowledge in hydraulic & electrical field as well as with off-road machinery are must
3.      Had background of system solution development or application experience in off-road machinery or agricultural machinery field
4.      Master’s degree (Engineering). Good Oral & Written English
5.      Experience in successful real case of system solution development independently at OEM is perfect
