Sourcing Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement Cost Reduction pipeline/project.
  2. Lead and coordinate cross functions involved in pipeline/projects
  3. Lead supplier implementation of cost reduction activities.
  4. Run cost reduction work shops (intern and extern)
  5. Ensure PPAP before handing-over projects to line production including implementation plan.
  6. Align and coordinate activities with strategy together with Category Manager.
  7. Join and give input to supplier strategy reviews with management and category.
  8. Understand and adapt to key priorities from the business.

Background & Skills

  1. Bachelor degree or above, with at least 3-5 years project management working experience
  2. Procurement Process knowledge in IATF16949    
  3. Project management skill, PMP Certification is prefered
  4. Supplier management skill
  5. Communication and Presentation skills      
  6. Problem Solving skill
  7. Result driven and ownership
  8. English can be used as working language
