Job Description: 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Understanding functional needs from internal and external customers
  • Analyzing solution concepts from a functional, safety and cost perspective (during any phase of the Solution Lifecycle)
  • Leading the development of customer specifications, converting functional requirements into system specifications;
  • Independently define and developing system architecture ideas (Hydraulic systems, control systems, etc) , the most suited/appropriate control strategy to meet needs and solve customer pain points.
  • Leading Lead the formulation of prototype commissioning plans and performance acceptance test plans. Independently fulfilling delivery commitments.
  • Acting as main technical interface to internal and external customers. Cooperating with project managers and department leads to take charge of project quality, schedule and deliverables.
  • Creating and analyzing system documentation (e.g. hydraulic, electrical schematics and software specifications, training material etc)
  • Understands the system and works with appropriate stakeholder (e.g. test engineer) to define the best test plan to validate specification requirements
  • Deliver pilot customer project and transfer knowledge to internal and external customers.
  • Focus on new technology research and new solutions development.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Over 5 years of working experience is preferred.
  • Background with hydraulic & electronic components, fundamental knowledge in hydraulic & electrical field as well as with off-road machinery are must;
  • Had background of system solution development or application experience in off-road machinery;
  • Good Oral & Written English;
  • Strong learning ability, systematic thinking and stress resistance.
