The Buyer's role is ensure the material availability to fulfill customer request, this will include Purchase Order releases and monitor the on time delivery of materials. Making sure the inventory reaching target.The planner’s role is to proactively satisfy internal & external customer demand in an efficient and timely manner. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Participation in monthly Pre-Sales and Operations Planning sessions, managing and correcting forecasting consumption errors 
• Responsible for issue forecast, purchase order and follows up the delivery date to ensure material availability are in line with Customer order required.
• Make a reasonable production plan according to the demands and stock level, meanwhile keep the inventory under target level. It should be weekly/monthly base and daily update
• Responsible for regular define and review safety stock plan& strategy, and Monthly Inventory exception（TROC） analysis &improve actions, ensuring that SAP Parameters are defined.
• Support Supply Chain Inbound processes are compliant to customs and import regulations, ensuring that the relevant SAP Data are maintained appropriately to ensure compliance to regulations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Consider 2~3 working experience if candidate have potential.
• SAP experience
• Good command of spoken/written English is better.
