The Impact You'll Make

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant (f/m/d) to partner with the President of our Fluid Conveyance Division at Danfoss Power Solutions. In this role, you will contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment by managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the leadership team.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • You will provide comprehensive executive support to the President, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations to ensure seamless operations.
  • You act as a central point of contact for internal and external partners, drafting correspondence and preparing materials to support clear communication.
  • You collaborate with diverse teams to organize meetings, innovation events, strategic offsites, and Townhalls (both virtual and in-person).
  • You will utilize your project management and organizational skills to track timelines, follow up on action items and assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination.
  • You contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by participating in brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions.

What We're Looking For

 

  • 5+ years of experience in an executive support role, with a proven ability to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or commercial education in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with various teams in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment, helped by a profound skillset in MS office tools and AI assistance tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with a professional and respectful communication style.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to taking initiative and seeing tasks through to completion.
