Join our Danfoss Editron business as Head of Low Voltage Hotspot (m/f/d) f! This role is open across our locations in Hamburg, Bologna or Nanjing, offering a truly global scope and impact.

Danfoss Editron provides high-performance hybrid and electric drivetrains for on-highway and off-highway applications

You will lead the global growth engine for Danfoss’ Low Voltage business, turning a strong product base into a scalable, market-leading solutions platform. By staying close to OEMs and end customers, you will open new doors, win high-volume applications, and position Danfoss as the preferred partner for electrification in off-highway markets.

This is a high-impact commercial leadership role where your market insight and customer proximity directly shape portfolio direction and business success. You will connect strategy with execution—aligning Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver solutions that customers value and adopt at scale.
Your work will accelerate the transition toward electrified systems while delivering sustainable growth, profitability, and market share gains across key global regions.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Drive global growth initiatives for Low Voltage systems by identifying priority applications, engaging OEMs, and converting opportunities into scalable wins
  • Lead customer-facing commercial efforts to position Danfoss as the partner of choice for electrification and low voltage solutions
  • Shape and evolve the portfolio together with Product Management to match market needs and unlock new business opportunities
  • Align cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain) to ensure readiness and successful execution from concept to delivery
  • Translate market insight into action by building strong relationships with customers and using those insights to influence strategy and innovation

What We're Looking For

 

  • Great commercial mindset with proven success in sales or business development for complex technical solutions
  • Deep understanding of off-highway applications, including electrification, hydraulics, or powertrain systems
  • Experience working closely with OEMs and customers, with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional and international teams
  • Structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, growth-oriented Approach
  • Fluency in English
