At Danfoss Sensing Solutions, we are establishing a state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Sofia to produce our latest generation sensor technologies. You will be a key player in producing Danfoss’ latest generation of sensor technologies, contributing your technical expertise to ensure their success from the factory floor to our global customers.
You’ll work closely with our manufacturing, quality, and supply chain experts. Together, you will support production, facilitate continuous improvement, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality at our new facility.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Product Engineer, you will use your expertise to:
- Take technical ownership of our latest sensor products, supporting their successful production and ensuring they meet customer expectations
- Partner with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement on the factory floor
- Implement product improvements and design optimizations, managing the associated engineering changes and technical documentation
- Collaborate with global teams to support the introduction of new sensor variants and assist in technical supplier qualifications
- Participate in technical problem-solving, using your analytical skills to investigate root causes and ensure product reliability
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field
- Working experience as a Product Engineer or in a similar technical role, bringing a proactive and team-oriented mindset
- A talent for technical problem-solving and a solid understanding of engineering change processes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in both English and Bulgarian, with a passion for working in cross-functional teams
- Experience with SAP, basic project management, or in the sensor or electronics industry would be a great advantage
