Job Description
Danfoss Business System (DBS) is setting the direction for our One Company approach to Business Excellence. We are ready to scale our high performing, diverse team and are searching for the right people to join us on the journey in the Salaried Productivity team as our new Senior Consultant.

The role can either be fulfilled from our office locations in Hamburg or Offenbach, or from a Home Office anywhere in Germany.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will work in close cooperation with senior stakeholders in Danfoss Segments, Regions, and Corporate Functions, to identify critical areas of improvement, establish project teams and lead them through the transformation. You will be challenging, guiding and supporting the business in improving salaried employee work patterns by identifying and reducing non-value-adding activities and reducing complexity from their processes.
- You will be working in a multicultural environment, leading projects and drive Change Management initiatives across various departments and value streams worldwide.
- You will analyse current state and drive problem solving activities, develop and implement project concepts that delivers results.
- You will conduct all activities in close collaboration with our team, the selected project teams, leaders, and dedicated support functions.
The job requires that you have the flexibility and willingness to travel a significant amount of your time and to work from our main offices in Europe, where our key stakeholders and internal customers are based.
As part of a global network in DBS, you will continuously search and share best practices and Danfoss standards.
More specifically, we create an impact by:
- Identifying and optimizing work patterns within Salaried Productivity across Danfoss.
- Leading process mappings and workshops with dedicated stakeholders.
- Assessing departments or organizations to identify potentials for improvement.
- Utilizing a train-the-trainer approach to support Danfoss leaders and employees in the implementation of new ways of working and scale our execution across the business.
- Encouraging a culture of sustainable change and productivity driven mind sets, to ensure that productivity goals are being achieved.
- Promoting and improving results by leveraging lean tools, consulting skills, business acumen, as well as stakeholder- and change management processes.
Background & Skills
To be considered for this position, you possess a strong experience either from consulting, working with process improvements and efficiency or having been part of a team that has driven organizational efficiency in salaried areas (e.g. HR, R&D, Engineering, IT, S/C, Sales, Marketing etc.) or Lean in office areas.
Furthermore, you are of course:
- An effective communicator and consensus builder toward key stakeholders at varying levels of organizations.
- A People-first person who possess the ability to quickly gain the trust of stakeholders, peers, and management.
- A performance driven and result-oriented team-player.
- An intrapreneurial and improvement driven mindset.
- Analytical and structured, humble yet self-confident and easy to work with.
- Fluent in English, in both speaking and writing.
