The Impact You'll Make
You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our application portfolio evolves and grows by turning market intelligence and data into clear, actionable direction. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions that drive business growth and strengthen our competitive position.
By enabling Application Portfolio Managers with high-quality insights, you will help identify new opportunities, close portfolio gaps, and ensure decisions are grounded in real market needs. Your contributions will support more confident, data-driven strategies across our applications and product lines.
Working across functions and businesses, you will bring clarity to complexity, translating analytics and trends into meaningful actions that benefit customers, teams, and long-term business success.
What You’ll Be Doing

Shape portfolio strategies by combining market intelligence, data analytics, and business insights into clear recommendations.

Drive consistency in portfolio management practices across applications through scalable frameworks and governance.
- Enable Application Portfolio Managers with tools, dashboards, and frameworks that improve decision quality and speed.
- Identify portfolio gaps, growth opportunities, and strategic priorities to strengthen our market position.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align portfolio strategies with market opportunities.
- Deliver clear, leadership-ready insights and analyses that support investment and growth decisions.
What We're Looking For
- At least 8- 10 years of experience in portfolio management, product management, strategic marketing, market intelligence, or data analytics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong ability to turn complex data and market trends into clear business insights and actions.
- Experience in industrial markets, preferably involving both hardware products and digital solutions.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally in an international or matrix organization.
- Solid understanding of market analysis, portfolio strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to drive decisions and action.
- Fluency in English and German is a must.
