Job Title:  Service Partner Account Manager

The Impact You'll Make

As a Service Partner Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Danfoss' service reach across the United States by building and developing a high-performing network of service partners. Your work will help customers access reliable, high-quality support closer to where they operate, improving their experience throughout the lifecycle of their equipment.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and service organizations to strengthen service capabilities, drive lifecycle spare parts growth, and ensure consistent service delivery standards. Your ability to build trusted partnerships will directly contribute to customer success and long-term business growth.

Reporting to the Head of Service Sales, you will help create a scalable service ecosystem that enables Danfoss to serve customers more effectively across a broad geographic region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and develop service partners across the United States to expand service coverage and improve customer support.
  • Lead onboarding, training, certification, and capability assessments to build a highly qualified partner network.
  • Establish and manage service agreements, performance expectations, and quality standards to drive consistent service delivery.
  • Grow partner-driven service and lifecycle spare parts revenue by supporting business development and increasing partner utilization.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to align resources, support customer needs, and ensure successful execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing partner networks, service channels, distributors, or technical service organizations.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery, aftermarket support, and lifecycle spare parts businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partner relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage performance expectations.
  • Experience leading onboarding, certification, training, or compliance programs for external partners.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across the United States.

 

Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. The range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000.
