The Impact You'll Make

We are looking for a Head of IRF Product Management to lead and further strengthen product management within Industrial Refrigeration and Heating (IRF). You will head a team of experienced product managers and take full ownership of a large and complex product portfolio across its entire lifecycle.

In this role, you play a key part in securing profitable growth, safeguarding IRF’s leading market position, and driving a strong, fact-based product strategy aligned with customer and market needs.

You will also be a member of the IRF Leadership Team and work closely with stakeholders across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Head of IRF Product Management, you will:

• Lead the product lifecycle management of a broad IRF portfolio

• Drive product strategies that support growth, market leadership, and increased retrofit business

• Strengthen commercial focus, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration

• Be commercially accountable for business performance and results

• Lead and develop a team of 6 experienced product managers

• Own and drive the IRF product lifecycle from strategy to phase-out

• Contribute actively as a member of the IRF Leadership Team

• Define, deploy, and execute winning product strategies for key product categories

• Evaluate and prioritize category-specific initiatives based on strategic fit and business impact

• Drive competitive pricing strategies in close collaboration with the IRF Pricing Manager

• Support IRF growth strategy execution with strong focus on market share and retrofit opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Experience from a B2B environment, preferably within industrial or project-based businesses

• A degree in Engineering, Marketing, or similar

• Experience from HVAC and/or Refrigeration (2–5 years is a plus)

• Working knowledge of refrigeration applications (preferred)

• Strong commercial mindset combined with technical understanding

• Leadership experience and the ability to develop people and teams
