Job Description
The Digital & Lifecycle Service division exists to provide the best customer experience and more value for customers during the product lifetime than any competitor. We have 2 business units called Digital Services and Lifecycle services. We are on a growth journey. Moving forward our key priorities will be scaling up lifecycle services, growing digital services offerings and new business models as well as continuing to enable product and project sales. The Head of Service Delivery will be part of the Service Delivery team. This position has overall leadership for the service delivery in Asia Pacific & India (API) Region.
This organization is regionally responsible for customer support, coordination, service partner management and workshop services. The organization accelerates development of service capabilities in Danfoss Power Electronics & Drives (DPD) in the API region for Danfoss and for Danfoss’ service channels which helps us to differentiate from our competition.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Lead and enable service in responsible areas for DPD customers in API region
- Develop executable plan for new API Service Delivery organization
- Establish organization according to plan in the region for responsible functional areas together with stakeholders in API Service Delivery
- Drive efficiency in service delivery organization in API Service Delivery without sacrificing customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery capabilities in API region. Align with key stakeholder and support execution of improvements
- Ensure functional teams are collaborating and sharing workload within the region
- Ensure case escalation is prompt from customer request to expert functions
- Ensure good co-operation with country organizations by aligning service needs and secure performance level of the service
- Collaborate with digital and lifecycles service business stakeholders to ensure right service delivery for service business
- Ensure customer satisfaction and excellence in service delivery by ensuring KPI’s are met and delivered (internal & external) for the responsibility areas

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Power, Electrical & Eletronic engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent by experience)
- Experience in country leadership or regional leadership position
- Technical experience with Variable Frequency Drives and their applications.
- Good analytical skills and execution oriented
- Able to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- A network builder able to understand and navigate well within in a matrix organization.
- Humanistic and caring leader with good change management skills
- Focuses on development of self and team members
