The Impact You'll Make

As our Heavy Industry Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving sales growth and accelerating electrification across Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives business in Korea.

You will expand our presence in the heavy industry segment by developing customer relationships and driving both direct and indirect business development.

You’ll collaborate with local and global teams and take ownership of key business development activities, helping strengthen our market position and support a more sustainable industrial future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Direct sales development and indirect channel expansion including partner enhancement activities within heavy industry sector (Chemical, Oil & gas, metal, electrification, etc.).
  • Develop new OEM customers & projects in heavy industry market.
  • Owner of customer/partner accounts, develop good customer service and relationship management.
  • Setting up yearly sales budgets and strategies to meet the budgets.
  • Forecasting, keeping and updating rolling forecasts for every quarter.
  • Report weekly & monthly sales report to direct manager.
  • Compliance with legal statutes & company standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of sales experience or similar field of work in relation with AC drives.
  • Sales experience in heavy industry market (Chemical, Oil & gas, metal, electrification, etc.).
  • Electrical engineering skill & AC Drive knowledge.  
  • Ability to engineer solutions through product application.
  • Proven sales track record and project pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to engineer solutions through product application.
