You will be working out of Helsinki, Vaasa or Tampere.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive growth by shaping product strategies and value propositions for iC7-Automation high-power drives
- Build and strengthen partnerships with system integrators through programs like our Integrator Expert Program, creating tools and resources that deliver real value
- Collaborate globally with sales teams, product managers, and vertical experts to identify market trends and turn insights into action
- Champion customer needs by engaging with key accounts and translating their requirements into product features and solutions
- Support innovation by contributing to product development decisions and ensuring our offerings meet evolving market demands
What We're Looking For
- A technical degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) and solid understanding of AC drives and their applications
- Proven experience in product management, sales, or marketing within the industrial sector
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Familiarity with system integrators is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 30–50 days per year to Europe, North America, Asia
- Fluency in English
