What You’ll Be Doing

Set up machine in accordance with setup matrix and best practice. Understands the different settings and adjustments available on the hone machines.

Able to set and adjust hone tooling to achieve quality parts.

Understands the basics of statistical process control and the use of control limits.

Comfortable using precision gage tools and measuring equipment.

Responsible for visually inspecting equipment, complete oil checks, or other inspection methods.
What We're Looking For

High School Education or GED.

Must understand dimensional requirements and the importance of producing parts that meet specifications.

Must have basic math skills with the ability to calculate clearance in decimals.
