The Impact You'll Make

As our in-house Hose Technician working from our Clayton facility, you’ll play a key role in delivering great customer experiences by providing high-quality, custom hose assemblies.

Your impact? You will work with a close- knit team to produce perfectly assembled industrial and hydraulic hoses, from interpreting customer requirements to final pressure testing using tools like crimpers and testers and some general warehouse duties. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Selecting appropriate hydraulic hoses and fittings, and interpreting product specs and hydraulic schematics.
• Assembling hydraulic hoses to customer specifications, following standards and guidelines.
• Using measuring devices and crimping machines accurately, and testing hose assemblies as needed.
• Coordinating goods for distribution to customers, including picking and checking orders before dispatch.
• Packaging goods to ensure safe delivery and completing the receive/dispatch documentation.
• Assess and resolve quality issues relating to onsite hose assembly.

What We're Looking For

• Hands- on experience assembling and testing hydraulic and industrial hoses.
• Ability to operate various types of assembly equipment and use measuring devices.
• A valid forklift license is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Australian Drivers Licence.
