As our Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class service to our customers through supply chain excellence.
Your impact? You will directly improve our delivery performance and cost efficiency by transforming complex data into actionable strategies. Success in this role means a more resilient, responsive, and optimised supply chain, benefiting both our customers and our bottom line.
You’ll collaborate with global teams across Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and IT, and take ownership of critical data analysis, process improvements, and SAP system enhancements, helping us move toward a more innovative and efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead cross-functional projects to deliver measurable improvements in supply chain efficiency, service levels, and cost optimisation.
- Support internal stakeholders by acting as the SAP superuser for system enhancements and providing expert coaching on supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with diverse teams including Sales, IT, and Finance to understand operational needs and deliver practical, data-driven solutions.
- Use your skills in data analysis and process mapping to identify root causes, implement sustainable improvements, and enhance KPI reporting.
- Manage day-to-day production planning and inventory activities to ensure operational stability and meet customer delivery expectations.
- End to end demand and supply planning during backfill periods.
- ETA & urgent ordering to support material planners during peak periods.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in supply chain or operations, with a strong ability to manage production planning, demand & supply planning and inventory control in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Proficiency in SAP (including HANA) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with a proven track record of manipulating and analysing complex data.
- Ability to work well independently and in cross-functional teams, leading improvement projects with a proactive and positive approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to translate business requirements into clear recommendations for all organisational levels.
- A mindset of continuous improvement and curiosity, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and implement innovative solutions.
