What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the lifecycle of local IT incidents and service requests, driving them to full, end-to-end resolution within defined deadlines.

Support Danfoss employees in both office and manufacturing environments by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business partners to maintain strong professional relationships and align with Global Service Desk KPIs.

Use your skills in technical problem-solving and customer service to optimize the day-to-day digital experience of our onsite workforce.

Continuously learn and share knowledge within the team to enhance how we operate, meet performance objectives, and adopt new technologies.
What We're Looking For

Experience or strong interest in IT technical support, with a fundamental understanding of operating systems, hardware, and network troubleshooting.

Proficiency in basic IT support tools, ticketing systems, and remote communication platforms, or an eagerness to quickly learn them.

Ability to work well in both independent setups and collaborative team environments, adaptably moving between office and manufacturing floor settings.

Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance via chat, email, or face-to-face interactions.
