This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to build practical IT skills across end-user support, workplace technologies, Microsoft 365, identity management, and IT service delivery. You will work alongside experienced IT professionals and gain exposure to both regional and global teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Provide first-line IT support through our ticketing system, helping employees quickly resolve technical issues and maintain productivity.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, mobile devices, printers, and workplace technology to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, helping ensure secure and efficient access to systems and tools.
  • Contribute to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID user administration, including account provisioning, access management, and basic security-related processes.
  • Participate in asset management, meeting room support, and IT service improvement initiatives while learning ITIL-based support and incident management practices.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree, diploma, or vocational qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in IT support, workplace technologies, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to organize tasks, learn quickly, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Professional proficiency in French and a good level of English.
