The Impact You'll Make

As an Indirect Tax Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring indirect tax compliance across Latin America while driving the recovery of VAT balances that directly support business performance and cash flow.
You will lead a team of tax professionals and provide guidance on VAT compliance, tax authority requirements, and certification obligations. Your expertise will help the organization navigate complex tax regulations while maintaining operational excellence.
Based in Apodaca, Nuevo León, you will collaborate with regional stakeholders and contribute to the standardization and stabilization of indirect tax activities across multiple Latin American countries.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead indirect tax compliance activities across Latin America to ensure accurate and timely VAT filings and reporting.
  • Drive VAT recovery initiatives and manage refund processes to support annual cash flow and recovery objectives.
  • Guide the tax team in responding to tax authority requests, audits, and information requirements, ensuring compliant and effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate VAT certification obligations and renewal activities to maintain regulatory compliance and operational continuity.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to stabilize, transition, and improve indirect tax processes across multiple Latin American countries.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading or coaching teams within tax, accounting, or finance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of indirect taxes, including VAT compliance, VAT recovery processes, and interactions with tax authorities.
  • Experience managing tax audits, regulatory requests, and compliance documentation.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, along with advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
  • Advanced conversational English with the ability to communicate effectively in a regional and international environment.
