You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong customer relationships by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting projects through the sales cycle to ensure positive customer experience.
- Proactive approach with customers through direct and digital channels to identify needs and recommend solutions that create value.
- Collaborate with outside sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to support business growth and deliver seamless customer support.
- Follow up on opportunities, orders, and project updates to ensure timely communication and successful order execution.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts and provide proactive support that helps customers achieve their goals.
What We're Looking For
- Saudi national with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering,
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Interest in technical sales, customer support, and commercial activities within an engineering environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
