As our Sales Engineer Intern, you’ll play a key role in you'll be a key player in our growth journey, focusing on Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives Segment (DPD). Examples of products are frequency converters, soft starters, servo systems and grid converters. Supporting smarter energy use and efficient industrial operations through advanced drive and power electronics solutions.
Your impact? You will help customers identify the right technologies to improve energy efficiency, optimize motor performance, and enhance system reliability. Your support will enable our sales team to respond faster, deliver stronger technical solutions, and build lasting customer relationships — contributing directly to business growth and sustainable industrial development.
You’ll collaborate with sales, application engineers, service teams, and channel partners while taking ownership of technical support preparation, product knowledge development, and customer engagement activities, helping us move toward a more innovative and sustainable future with Danfoss in Thailand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support sales projects by preparing technical documents, product selections, and basic application recommendations
- Assist internal teams and customers by helping with product information, technical clarifications, and solution comparisons
- Collaborate with sales, service, and application teams on customer visits, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and project follow-ups
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Use your engineering knowledge to support solution design, analyze basic technical requirements, and improve proposal quality
- Continuously learn about power electronics, motor control technologies, and industry applications, and share knowledge with the team
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field, with interest in industrial technology or technical sales
- Basic knowledge of motor control, power electronics, or automation systems, or strong willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- A proactive mindset with strong curiosity, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to learn continuously
