The Impact You'll Make

 

The position will see the successful candidate support Commercial Heating stakeholders and service companies in pre- and post-sales offering value added solutions by way of system knowledge.

Within this role there will be a need to progressively increase sales through innovation and full system solution offerings. This role requires the candidate to work collaboratively with our external commercial sales team.


The job is home working, ideally with the candidate living in patch in the London area, with an option to use or Uxbridge offices.


Independent working requires high levels of motivation and commitment.


You will have the autonomy to drive results while being part of a team that celebrates shared success.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Drive the growth of our commercial heating solutions by expanding the project pipeline and achieving sales targets
  • Create detailed quotations, schedules, and system designs to provide technical solutions and support our Key Account Managers
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including M+E contractors, BMS specialists, and HVAC merchants
  • Perform expert product selection and dimensioning, providing technical and application support to customers
  • Deliver engaging product and application training, including CPD seminars, to empower our customers and partners
  • Collaborate across Danfoss divisions, sharing sales leads and technical knowledge to foster a culture of shared success

What We're Looking For

 

  • A highly motivated and passionate self-starter with the tenacity and desire to build a career in technical sales
  • A keen interest in or foundational understanding of commercial heating applications and mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness and an aptitude for understanding customer needs and developing effective solutions
  • Great organizational skills to manage priorities and deadlines, combined with a flexible and adaptable attitude
  • A willingness to learn and become proficient with key business tools, including CRM systems
