The Impact You'll Make

 
As our Internal Sales Support, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and enabling efficient sales operations for Danfoss Drives.
Your impact? You will help ensure fast, accurate quotations, reliable technical support, and smooth communication between customers and the sales team, contributing to strong customer satisfaction and business growth.
You’ll collaborate with sales teams, customer service, and technical experts and take ownership of quotation preparation and customer support activities, helping us move toward a more efficient and customer focused future. You will also support the market introduction of our new drive series such as iC7 and iC2, offering the opportunity to contribute to a long term product generation shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Prepare business quotations for Danfoss Drives products and services to ensure timely and accurate sales processes
  • Support customers and partners via phone and email by providing reliable and solution oriented assistance
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create technical documentation and tailored solutions for business cases
  • Support customer service and sales teams with sales and technical expertise to improve overall service quality
  • Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we serve customers and position Danfoss Drives solutions

What We're Looking For

 

  • Education in electrical engineering or a related field with a basic understanding of industrial automation
  • Proficiency in M365, CRM and ERP systems or a strong willingness to learn and apply them effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross functional and international teams
  • Strong communication skills in English and confidence in interacting with customers and stakeholders
  • A proactive, reliable and detail oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
