The Impact You'll Make

As our Internal Sales / Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our commercial processes running smoothly and efficiently. You'll provide operational and administrative support to the Business Developer, Sales Manager, and Danfoss Sales Companies, ensuring that quotations, samples, orders, pricing data, forecasts, and customer information are handled accurately and on time.

Your impact? By bringing strong process discipline, reliable data, and proactive follow-up, you'll help our commercial organization respond quickly to customer and sales requests and keep opportunities moving forward. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Production, Quality, Finance, Logistics, and other teams in an international B2B environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support quotation and sample processes by preparing quotation inputs and drafts, sending approved quotations, coordinating samples, tracking their status, and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain customer, product, and pricing data in SAP and Salesforce/CRM, including customer and item setup support, approved price lists, and other master data activities.
• Follow up orders, customer requests, and operational actions, ensuring timely responses, clear ownership, and escalation of topics to the appropriate functions when needed.
• Support forecasting and commercial reporting by collecting forecast and demand data, maintaining trackers, and preparing operational reports for the Sales Manager and Business Developer.
• Coordinate across functions and Danfoss Sales Companies, working with Customer Service, Planning, Production, Quality, R&D, Finance, and Logistics to keep information, actions, and commercial processes moving efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial or technical education at secondary or university level; a background in business administration, economics, engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, commercial operations, order management, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce/CRM is preferred, together with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong process discipline, accuracy, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work with structured processes, data, templates, approval rules, and multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent Slovak and good English, combined with a customer-oriented mindset, clear communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international team.
