As our Internal Technical Support (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient, reliable, and customer‑focused technical support.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and take ownership of technical clarification, documentation, testing, and customer support—helping us move toward a more efficient and customer‑centric future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle phone and written customer inquiries and ensure reliable technical support
- Support customers by independently developing customer‑specific technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams on the design, configuration, and commissioning support of our frequency converters—including documentation
- Use your technical skills to execute laboratory tests that enable customer‑specific solution implementation
- Continuously learn and share knowledge by preparing, organizing, and delivering customer trainings and supporting our sales team with technical expertise
What We're Looking For
- Completed apprenticeship in an electrotechnical field and experience in technical support with a proven ability to develop customer‑specific solutions
- Confident use of technical tools and systems, or a strong willingness to learn them
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and solution‑oriented way
- Strong communication skills in German, both written and spoken
- A mindset focused on problem‑solving and continuous improvement

We offer an attractive salary package for this role, featuring a minimum annual gross salary of 33,000.00 Euro. Final compensation will be based on your qualifications and experience, including an additional annual performance bonus.
