As an Inventory Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your work ensures that materials are available when teams need them, helping us meet production goals and deliver high-quality products to our customers.
You’ll be the “accuracy expert” on-site — maintaining reliable inventory data, resolving discrepancies, and supporting seamless material flow throughout the facility. Your attention to detail will directly contribute to fewer delays, better planning, and overall operational excellence.
This is a hands-on role where your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will help create a more organized, efficient, and high-performing warehouse environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain accurate inventory data in our ERP/WMS systems to ensure teams have the information they need to plan effectively.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to keep our stock levels reliable and up to date.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues quickly so materials flow without interruptions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to support ongoing operations.
- Keep storage areas clearly labeled, organized, and compliant with safety standards to improve accessibility and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in warehouse or inventory control, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow structured processes.
- Working knowledge of ERP or warehouse management systems and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate forklifts or material-handling equipment (certification preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
