We are currently looking for two Customer Service Interns to join our Customer Service Center Team in Istanbul, Ataşehir for 1 year period.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

• Handling customer requests through SalesForce and responding to cases in line with KPI's,
• Creating orders in SAP and planning deliveries in collaboration with the sales team,
• Communicating regularly with the sales team and fulfillment team to improve delivery and stock performance,
• Managing data quality in SAP and CRM system and preparing regular reports to Customer Service Center Team,
• Sales process improvements (order mng, delivery, invoicing...etc)

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

• Currently pursuing a degree in their 3rd or 4th year or graduated in Business, Economics, or a related field,
• Ability to work 5 days a week during the summer and at least 3 to 4 days a week during the winter,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work as part of a team,
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Fluent in both Turkish and English.
