As the electrification market continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and driven Inside Sales Engineer to join our team and help us expand our success in Turkey.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships by overseeing project updates, quotations, and the full sales process,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and seize sales and marketing opportunities,
- Use sales techniques and technical expertise to convert leads into successful sales,
- Manage sales inquiries through direct interactions or e-commerce channels, providing quotes, processing orders, and fostering long-term customer relationships,
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-up with customers from initial contact to order fulfillment,
- Expand sales within existing accounts by offering excellent customer service and understanding customer needs, including financial status, project pipelines, and potential opportunities,
- Coordinate sales strategies with internal teams (e.g., product, materials, marketing, field sales, and suppliers) in a collaborative environment,
- Address customer requirements regarding inventory, delivery timelines, and pricing to ensure satisfaction.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred,
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with exposure to technical products,
- A strong eagerness to learn about electronics and adapt to evolving sales processes,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers,
- Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in MS Office tools,
- Self-motivated and committed to achieving team and customer goals.
