The Impact You'll Make

As our Account manager – Industrial Division SEA region, you’ll play a key role in growing top line revenue from the sales of Danfoss Industrial products with high-value product/solution offerings, ultimately contributing to the achievement of annual revenue goals.

Your impact? You’ll help us reach and exceed annual sales targets by presenting, promoting, and selling our products/solutions to existing and prospective customers. Your ability to build strong relationships, deliver exceptional service, and manage accounts effectively will drive customer loyalty, support long-term partnerships, and enhance our market presence.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations and Customer Support, while taking ownership of sales activities, account management, expense control and receivables monitoring. With your expertise in Industrial hydraulics products, you’ll help us move toward a more customer-centric and growth-focused future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute annual business plan, build targeted account plans, resulting in a robust business growth pipeline. Align with sales leaders on strategic accounts and growth targets across the sales channel
  • Manage customer relationships at a strategic level with joint sales activities. Establish strong and healthy relationships with different stakeholders in existing and new accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Product, Finance, Supply Chain) to coordinate efforts, resolve customer issues, execute sales processes effectively, and ensure smooth delivery of solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work with business units to deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets in defined territory / channel.
  • Lead new product launch in the region and be responsible for NPD commercial success

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in direct sales, and/or business development within the Hydraulics Industries (pumps, motors, valves, package system etc.,) combined with bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business administration.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and effectively implementing sales solutions to meet the customers’ needs and drive business results.
  • Ability to construct detailed sales plans, develop, conduct training seminars, make presentations, and prepare quotes and tenders
  • Strong customer facing presentation and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated customer relationship management experience.
