Sales Engineer - Industrial Refrigeration

Job Description
The Sales Engineer will be responsible to develop sales with key customers, manage key account and drive projects for Industrial Refrigeration and Food Retail business in Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet the set target for assigned Climate Solutions segment
- Establish & maintain a good contact within industrial refrigeration and food retail contractors, end users & consulting engineers.
- Responsible for maintaining and cultivating customer relationships with emphasis on key decision makers
- Maximize profitability utilizing value selling tools and practices
- Support asset management ensuring receivables are in accordance to agreed terms and conditions
- Develop in-depth customer understanding identifying areas Danfoss can bring greatest value within the Climate Solutions product portfolio
- Provide competitive insight to both the marketing and business excellence teams
- Develop and maintain Key Account Plan with an aggressive growth horizon based upon customer business needs and customer focused value propositions
- Prepare & conduct seminars & presentations as well as developing the material used
- Ensure Danfoss delivers on a timely basis
- Develop and maintain an active opportunity pipeline for all accounts
Background & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Prior sales experience working with contractors within the refrigeration or similar market segments
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Basic knowledge in HVAC and refrigeration applications
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong personal resilience, highly motivated and a team player with a strong personal drive
- Performance driven - not afraid to suggest/take initiatives and work independently
- Ability to work with international teams in a global matrix organization
- Cooperative and excellent interpersonal skills
