The Impact You'll Make

As our new 1st Shift Janitor, you will help create a safe, clean, and organized work environment that supports employee wellbeing, productivity, and operational excellence. Your work ensures our facility remains professional, compliant, and ready to support daily manufacturing operations.

Shift hours - Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm; Friday, 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout production, office, breakroom, restroom, and common areas.
• Performing routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Monitoring and replenishing cleaning, restroom, and breakroom supplies to ensure availability.
• Supporting plant housekeeping standards and workplace safety initiatives.
• Identifying maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns and communicating them to appropriate personnel.
• Cleaning and sanitizing high-traffic areas to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
• Emptying trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
• Monitoring restroom, breakroom, and common area conditions and restocking supplies as needed.
• Working with plant leadership and employees to address housekeeping needs and special cleaning requests.
• Following established cleaning schedules and safety procedures to support overall plant operations.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or facility cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate basic cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities.
• Dependable attendance and strong communication skills.
