Job Description

Responsible for planning and scheduling related to order delivery, and will support the coordination of customer orders, manufacturing and delivery schedules, coordinates with the manufacturing, engineering, material, and CSR teams to schedule work orders and provide post order support to customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan complex product families requiring a high degree of customer focus and interaction with all levels of the business.
  • Verify orders are properly scheduled,  provide order lead time according to production capacity and load,  and maintain the data integrity of the master schedule.
  • Establish and maintain a Master Production Schedule for finished goods families and/or sub-assemblies within a defined horizon.
  • Provide timely communication to CSR related to order status, to make sure monthly sales volume is achieved.
  • Provide supplier forecasting information from SIOP forecast where required.
  • Adhere to Danfoss standard process and divisional operating procedures; work closely with centralized purchasing and fulfillment teams as needed.
  • Maintain routine data &reports established on work flows and prepare related reports required by business needs, work with Supply Chain Manager to improve overall plant metrics.
  • Support plant lean, safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts.

Background & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field & at least three years of relevant experience
  • Extensive analytical skills and affinity for data manipulation.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent work style and proactive, positive attitude
  • Curiosity and open-mindedness, challenging the status quo and considering outside-the-box approaches
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • Preferably experience with Power Query/Access/Power BI
  • Excellent English language skills
