Job Description

Response for planning and scheduling related to Order delivery, and will support the coordination of customer orders, manufacturing and delivery schedules, coordinates with the manufacturing, engineering, material, and CSR teams to schedule work orders and provide post order support to customers. 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 
1. Plan complex product families requiring a high degree of customer focus and interaction with all levels of the business.
2. Verify orders are properly scheduled,  provide order lead time according to production capacity and load,  and maintain the data integrity of the master schedule.
4. Establish and maintain a Master Production Schedule for finished goods families and/or sub-assemblies within a defined horizon.
5. Provide timely communication to CSR related to order status, to make sure monthly sales volume is achieved.
6. Provide supplier forecasting information from SIOP forecast where required.
7. Adhere to Danfoss standard process and divisional operating procedures; work closely with centralized purchasing and fulfillment teams as needed.
8. Maintain routine data &reports established on work flows and prepare related reports required by business needs, work with Supply Chain Manager to improve overall plant metrics.
9. Support plant lean, safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts.

 

Background & Skills

3-5 years of experience within supply chain management and processes. A team player who brings good energy and positivity to your surroundings, and communicate well with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and possess cross-functional teamwork skills. In addition, your personal drive enables you to meet deadlines, engage in your tasks, and to thrive in a busy environment. You have an eye for detail combined with a proactive mindset and the ability to think ahead.
