Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

This job position will working for piston pump and piston motors core compoments machining processes what in house; develop and continues improve for manufacturing processes capability to ensure and quality. Products will cover PVM/PVH and X20 pump's and Jeil (piston motors), include all Barrel \ valve plate \ swash plate \ compensator housing \ end cover and housing machining technologies.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design and maintain work instruction document for the products
2. Design for the tooling/fixture what the product machining processes
3. Design and maintain PFMEA and control plan as follow procedure
4. Maintain the manufacturing engineerng document when product design change as follow change control procedure
5. Involve Lean manufacturing and using lean tool for work flow improvement
6. Working with team for problem solving and develop action

Background & Skills

1. Mechanical Engineer with machining technical and experience, at least 3 years' related experience
2. Design and regular review for process Potential Failure Modes and Effects analysis                                                                                                        
3. Processes control plan as quality control processes for mass production                                                                                                        
4. Skilled using cumputer and Office software,such as Excel \ Auto CAD \ Powerpoint
