The Impact You'll Make
As Junior Consultant, Monitoring & Security Operations, you and your team will be to monitor the global Danfoss IT infrastructure and applications 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure a well-functioning IT environment. Provide the fast reaction against security events that risk enterprise environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Monitor the IT infrastructure and applications globally according to Standard Operation Procedure.
• Responsible for the first initial contact to the IT vendors.
• Responsible to provide fast react and analyze with the potential security threats against to Danfoss according to the playbooks.
• Document and solve incidents and events using the available documentation. In the event the problem remains unsolved, it will be forwarded to the person responsible in the 2nd level function.
• Help to optimize the existing monitoring tools, responsible to maintain the procedures and documentations.
• Solve specific reoccurring tasks according to instructions.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree, Computer or relevant major.
• Preferable 1 or 2 years of experience with IT.
• Systematic and with good analytical skills.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Flexible and quick adopt with the new tasks.
• Be able to work in shifts.
