As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will support the development and optimization of automation solutions for district heating substations, contributing to modern and energy-efficient Danfoss products.
Your impact? Through your work, our solutions will become more reliable, compliant with technical requirements, and better aligned with customer and market needs. You will have a real influence on product development, process improvements, and the implementation of new technical solutions.
You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, production, and suppliers, gaining hands-on experience in an international environment while developing your technical and project-related competencies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the design of automation solutions for district heating substations in line with applicable standards and directives
- Preparing and updating technical documentation and participating in product change implementation
- Collaborating with suppliers as well as production and engineering teams on project execution
- Supporting the optimization of electrical solutions in terms of technology, quality, and cost
- Assisting in solving technical issues and contributing to continuous improvement of products and processes
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field, or student status in the final years of studies
- Initial professional experience (approximately 1–3 years) in electrical engineering, automation, or a manufacturing/engineering environment
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office
- Communicative English skills and very good Polish language proficiency
- Willingness to learn, teamwork skills, and an analytical approach to problem-solving
