The Impact You'll Make
As a Junior Sales Engineer, you will support the development of Danfoss Drives’ indirect sales in Poland by working closely with our business partners and their customers. In this role, you will combine your technical background with a business mindset to help deliver energy-efficient drive solutions to the market.
You will collaborate with experienced sales engineers and partner sales managers, gaining hands-on experience in technical sales, project development, and the drives and power electronics industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build both your technical expertise and commercial skills while contributing to the growth of Danfoss Drives in Poland.
The role can be based in our Grodzisk Mazowiecki office or performed remotely from Southern Poland, depending on your location.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaboration with the sales team and application support
- Responsibility for product sales and providing technical consultancy
- Achieving the assigned sales targets within the designated region
- Preparing commercial offers, configurations, and calculations
- Visiting existing and potential customers (OEMs, end users, contractors, system integrators, consultants, designers, and others) to share knowledge and expertise
- Actively gathering essential market information to gain a competitive advantage
- Participating in trainings and industry eventsOngoing reporting
What We're Looking For
- Higher technical education — preferably in electric drives, electrical engineering, industrial automation, electronics, or related fields
- Experience in active sales of solutions and products for industrial customersIndependence and strong organizational skills in a home‑office work model
- Proactive attitude, customer orientation, and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Polish and good command of English (minimum B1 — enabling smooth communication)
- Willingness to travel on business (3–4 days per week) and a category B driving licence; a company car is provided
