Job Responsibilities
- SAPを使って製造オーダを確認して、生産進捗に応じて生産実績をあげる
- 月々の生産目標達成に向け、計画を定期的に更新し、必要に応じて人員とスケジュールを調整する
- 日々の能率を管理し、改善策を企画、実施する
- 生産管理部門（営業）と連携し、生産関連の問い合わせに対応する
- 海外技術部門と連携して生産関連の製造手順、品質に関わる帳票類を整備、維持する
- 完成品が計画通りに出荷されるように物流部門と連携を取る
- 製造オペレーターの安全な作業環境を維持するために、安全標準および手順を策定、維持、改善する
- 品質保証部門と連携し、完成品が品質保証基準を満たしていることを確認し、不良に対する是正を実施する
- 能率改善を企画、実施する
- 各種標準類を整備する
Background & Skills
- 製造での生産技術/生産管理で最低3年の経験
- 組織で仕事をすることが苦にならない方、コミュニケーション能力、および問題解決能力を有すること
- Microsoft Office（特にExcelおよびSAP）が使えること
- 生産工程（主に組立）、品質管理、および安全基準について一定程度理解を有すること
- ビジネスレベルの語学力（日本語および英語）
- 四大卒 または 高専卒以上
- 製造関連の工場資格を持っている方優遇
