The Impact You'll Make
This position will be responsible to ensure the execution of the production/delivery planning schedule in alignment with customer due dates. Monitor availability of goods or delivery schedule to maintain desired on time delivery (OTD) and customer service levels.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Create production/delivery schedules to fulfill customer needs.
• Ensure timely provision of the delivery schedule.
• Address customer escalations as needed.
• Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTD and sales.
• Collaborate with different departments and 3PL warehouse to achieve sales goals and meet customer requirements.
• Project monthly sales for areas under responsibility.
• Monitor customer / supplier performance on a timely manner to proactively address potential issues.
• Ensure quality, safety, environment management system requirements and resources are fully integrated and available within all business processes.
What We're Looking For
• Minimum three (1) year of combined experience in a production control, logistics or commercial transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree (mechanical engineering preferable)
• Fluent Japanese, and conversational English preferable
