Job Description

This position will be responsible to ensure the execution of the production/delivery planning schedule in alignment with customer due dates. Monitor availability of goods or delivery schedule to maintain desired on-time delivery (OTD) and customer service levels.

Job Responsibilities

• Create production/delivery schedules to fulfill customer needs.
• Ensure timely provision of the delivery schedule.
• Address customer escalations as needed.
• Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTD and sales.
• Collaborate with different departments and 3PL warehouse to achieve sales goals and meet customer requirements.
• Project monthly sales for areas under responsibility.
• Monitor customer / supplier performance on a timely manner to proactively address potential issues.
• Ensure quality, safety, environment management system requirements and resources are fully integrated and available within all business processes.

Background & Skills

• Minimum three (3) years of combined experience in a production control, logistics or commercial transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree (mechanical engineering preferable)
• Fluent Japanese, and conversational English preferable
