As our Product Management Assistant, you'll support the product management team working with plate heat exchanger (PHE) solutions, helping turn product data, market information, and customer insights into clear and useful input for the business.

Your impact? You'll help the team keep product information accurate and accessible, support market and competitor analysis, and contribute to product communication and promotional activities. At the same time, you'll gain hands-on experience in product management, industrial technology, data analysis, and the global HVAC industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Organize and maintain product information, including specifications, technical parameters, application examples, and other product-related materials, helping the team keep information structured and easy to use.
• Collect and summarize product and business data, such as sales information, customer feedback, and quality statistics, and prepare basic analyses and presentations.
• Research industry and competitor information, identifying relevant market trends, competitor activities, and product developments and turning your findings into clear analysis briefs.
• Support product data and communication activities, including SAP data corrections, preparation of exhibition and promotional materials, and proofreading of product-related content.
• Support the Product Management team with day-to-day activities and projects, taking on new tasks and gradually building your knowledge of PHE technology, products, markets, and product management.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is curious, structured, eager to learn, and interested in combining technical knowledge with business and product management. You don't need previous industry experience — we're interested in your potential and willingness to learn.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, or a related technical field; other relevant science or engineering backgrounds are also welcome.
• Basic understanding of plate heat exchangers or heat transfer equipment is an advantage, but previous professional experience is not required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, VBA, basic data analysis, or report preparation is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills and strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• A strong learning mindset and willingness to develop knowledge of products, technologies, markets, and product management in an international environment.
