As our new Production Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our production operations. Through accurate planning, proactive coordination, and close collaboration across the supply chain, you will help secure on-time delivery, optimize inventory levels, and support our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating and maintaining production plans to ensure customer demand is fulfilled on time.
• Coordinating production priorities with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
• Monitoring material availability and capacity constraints while proactively resolving planning issues.
• Driving inventory optimization and improving planning parameters to support business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in production planning, supply chain planning,
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Communication skills in English,Slovenian and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
