At Danfoss Climate Solutions, we're looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Sofia and help develop applications that make a real difference: improving energy efficiency and reducing food loss worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead technical development of full-stack TypeScript applications, from architecture and design to implementation and delivery.
• Shape software architecture, ensuring scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
• Build and integrate applications that connect with controllers used in advanced food retail systems.
• Drive engineering excellence through clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.
• Mentor and support fellow developers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.

What We're Looking For

• Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, Technical Lead, or similar, ideally in an international environment. Experience in industrial software development is a plus.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, React Native, and Electron, developing modern web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Solid backend development experience, including REST APIs, WebSockets, and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Functions and cloud-native architectures.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, software architecture, and CI/CD practices.
• A proactive, curious mindset, open to embrace challenges and achieve results with an eclectic approach 
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
