Job Description

Supporting and coordinating function

 

In your role, you will support the Portfolio Management Department to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer journey from selection to purchase. As a Portfolio Assistant, you will be an important part of the foundation upon which we build our department.

Job Responsibilities

Your main tasks will be:

 

  • In collaboration with the relevant Product Manager develop the new master-version and correct / update the existing version of technical documents (Application, Installation, Operating, Programming, User and Safety Guides, Data Sheets, etc.) using desktop publishing (DTP) tools (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Translate and maintain technical documentation and online FAQs for the local markets using translation tools and agencies (Redokun, LanguageWire) and with support from local Danfoss proofreaders.
  • In collaboration with the relevant Product Manager, develop graphical content for technical documentation, mobile applications, packaging, and some of the marketing materials using Adobe Cloud, AutoCAD, Creo Illustrate and potentially other tools.
  • Ensure that a high-quality data is available online to help customers find relevant information about products across the entire product range.
  • Develop a basic understanding of the products and applications in order to challenge product managers and sales on wording and explanations.

Background & Skills

Strong team player with technical knowledge, graphic design, communication, and coordination skills.



Personally, you are thorough, structured, and able to solve your own tasks according to project needs in an agile engineering department. You have a disciplined approach to your work, always following design rules, documentation standards, and a robust design methodology. At the same time, you are collaborative and willing to work on many different projects with different stakeholders.



You may have several years of professional experience in technical support, technical documentation, technical design, or related fields. Alternatively, you may have recently graduated with a degree in technical or graphic communications. Whatever your background, we expect you to be ready to take on new and challenging responsibilities in an exciting industry focused on the environment and climate.

 

Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have experience working with product data, desktop publishing.
  • Fluent in English and/or Danish.
  • May be familiar with SAP.
  • Have experience with CAD software.
