As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in bringing new products and product changes to life. By leading cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, you will help ensure that innovative solutions reach customers on time, with the right quality, cost, and business impact.

You will be the driving force that keeps projects moving forward, aligning stakeholders, managing priorities, and creating clarity across global teams. Your ability to turn plans into results will directly support business growth and operational excellence.

Working closely with colleagues across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, product management, and commercial teams, you will help transform ideas into successful outcomes while contributing to a more sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead new product development and product change projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, align priorities, and drive accountability to keep project activities progressing smoothly across multiple locations.
• Plan and manage project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to support informed decisions and successful project execution.
• Monitor project performance and communicate clear status updates, enabling stakeholders to understand progress, challenges, and required actions.
• Identify and resolve project risks and obstacles early, escalating critical issues when needed to protect timelines, quality, and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or product development environment.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and execution of complex initiatives.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions, locations, and levels of the organization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present project status, prepare decision-making materials, and drive alignment among stakeholders.
• A structured and proactive approach to problem-solving, prioritization, and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is required. If you are applying for a position based in Slovenia, fluency in Slovenian is also required.
