We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. This is a strategic recruitment role for a seasoned talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and can operate as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving hiring strategies that support business growth. We are seeking someone who can move beyond transactional recruiting and provide a high level of partnership, market insight, and consultative guidance to hiring managers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent across a variety of functions.

Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping activities.

Drive an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while ensuring efficient and compliant recruitment processes.

Use recruitment data and metrics to influence decision-making, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize hiring outcomes.
What We're Looking For

Minimum 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience within a corporate, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or similarly complex business environment.

Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders, demonstrating excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Experienced in managing full-cycle recruitment and delivering successful hiring outcomes across multiple functions and levels.

Strong business acumen with a consultative approach and the confidence to challenge and guide stakeholders when appropriate.

Skilled in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and developing talent pipelines in competitive markets.

Excellent communication (English and Danish), relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
