Team Leader, Maintenance

The Impact You'll Make

As our new Team Leader in Maintenance, you’ll take the lead in keeping our production equipment running reliably and efficiently. Your team is responsible for maintaining our Production machines including hydraulic presses, laser, and CNC machines — ensuring uptime, safety, and performance that support both daily production and long-term business goals.

You’ll join a collaborative environment where sharing knowledge and best practices across fabrication areas is part of how we work. Together with the Production and other maintenance teams, you’ll play a key role in building a strong foundation for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be responsible for

· Leading and managing the maintenance team to achieve defined OEE and productivity targets

· Ensuring our machines are kept in top operational condition

· Collaborating closely with Production on preventive maintenance planning & Execution

· Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime, safety, and equipment performance

· Driving and participating in projects with our sister companies (e.g. PHEX

Your daily work will include:

· Partnering with Production to ensure efficient, high-quality, and safe operations

· Prioritizing and balancing maintenance tasks, based on urgency and impact

Who You’ll Work Wit

You’ll collaborate daily with

· Cross-functional teams across the Production and the PT department

· External service providers, and the GS function

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone with

· A technical background, e.g. industrial technician, automation technician, or similar

· Proven experience leading a maintenance team to deliver strong performance (OEE, uptime, etc.)

· Solid project management experience

· Proficiency in MS Office and SAP

· Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken

· A structured and proactive approach with a focus on planning, follow-up, and continuous improvemen
