As a Laboratory Technician Trainee, you will support testing activities and gain hands-on experience in a modern R&D and laboratory environment.
Your work will contribute to ensuring reliable test results, supporting product development, and improving measurement methods—helping deliver high-quality and innovative solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting the planning and execution of laboratory tests according to defined procedures and standards
• Assisting in analyzing test results and preparing basic reports
• Participating in the development and improvement of measurement methods and equipment
• Supporting new product development projects as part of cross-functional teams
• Helping maintain laboratory documentation and ensuring accuracy of collected data
• Following safety standards and supporting daily laboratory operations
What We're Looking For
• Student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or related field
• No extensive experience required – initial exposure to laboratory work or technical projects is a plus
• Basic technical knowledge (e.g. thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, electronics or measurements)
• Interest in laboratory testing and product development
• Manual skills and willingness to work with laboratory equipment
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Good English skills (working in an international environment)
• Proactive attitude, independence, and willingness to learn
